-A Brief History of the Prayer Group-
From
Our Loving Mother requested (in 1990) that a Sunday prayer group be
formed to pray the complete Rosary (then 15 decades). The Divine Mercy Chaplet was added. Since then,
the volunteers at the
apparition site prayed the Divine Mercy Chaplet and 5 (five) decades of the
Rosary at the

critical need for prayer group formation in the world. Our goal is 50,000 new prayer groups,
world-wide. At stake is the preservation
of life on earth as we know it. Please
do not be deceived. You will agree with

Do not think that you cannot do it!
What we are asking you to do, in the name of Our Lord and Our
Loving Mother at Conyers, is to form a prayer group. Following are the prayers and
the prayer format used at the Conyers apparition site between 1990 and
1998. The time and frequency of the
prayer group meetings is up to you.
In the above history, you learned the times that the Rosary and
Chaplet of Mercy were prayed at the apparition site in
People of all faiths are
asked to pray. A single family can form
a prayer group. A prayer group can be as
small as two or three persons.
Catholics, please be reminded that these prayer group meetings are
secondary to participation at Mass and Communion, the reception of the
Sacrament of Reconciliation and your parental responsibilities in providing
spiritual and physical care for your younger children. Invite your older children to join
with you---and your younger children---in at least a few prayer group
sessions. Children of all ages were
always present at Conyers.
Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
"Adorable Heart of Jesus,
most tender, most amiable, the most generous of all hearts; penetrated with
gratitude at the sight of Thy benefits, I come to consecrate myself wholly and
unreservedly to Thee!
I wish to devote all my energies
to propagating Thy worship and winning, if possible, all hearts to Thee.
Receive my heart this day, O Jesus! Or rather take it, change it, purify
it, to render it worthy of Thee; make it humble, gentle, patient, faithful and
generous like Thine, by inflaming it with the fire of Thy love. Hide it
in Thy Divine Heart with all hearts that love Thee and are consecrated to Thee.
Never permit me to take my heart
from Thee again. Let me rather die than grieve Thy adorable Heart.
Thou knowest O Heart of Jesus, that the desire of my heart is to love Thee
always, to be wholly Thine in life and in death, in time and eternity.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have
mercy on us. Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in Thee."
Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary
"I, (name), a faithless
sinner, renew and ratify today in thy hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my
Baptism. I renounce Satan, his pomps and works, and I give myself to Jesus
Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my
life, and to be more faithful to him than I have ever been before.
In the presence of all the Heavenly
court, I choose thee this day as my Loving Mother. I deliver and consecrate to
thee, as thy child, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the
value of all my good actions, past, present and future; leaving to thee the
entire and full right of disposing of me and all that belongs to me, without
exception, according to thy good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in
time and eternity. Amen."
The Divine
Mercy Chaplet
(prayed on
rosary beads)

The Sign of the Cross
† In the Name of the Father and of the Son and
of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
The Our Father
"Our Father, who art in
heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it
is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil, Amen."
The Hail Mary
"Hail Mary, full of grace.
The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of
Thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the
hour of our death, Amen."
The Apostles’ Creed
"I believe in God, the
Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only
Son, Our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin
Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He
descended into hell and on the third day He arose again from the dead. He
ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will
come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the
holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body and life everlasting, Amen."
For
five decades, at the start of each decade, on the Our
Father beads, pray the following:
"Eternal Father, I offer You
the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord
Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world."
Then, on the Hail Mary beads pray
the following (ten times):
V. For the sake of His
sorrowful Passion,
R. Have mercy on us and on
the whole world.
In conclusion, pray the following
(three times):
"Holy God, Holy Mighty One,
Holy Immortal One, Have mercy on us and on the whole world."
At this time the following
aspiration is traditionally added (three times):
"O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the
Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You."

Prayers after the Rosary
The “Hail Holy Queen”
"Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of mercy; our life, our sweetness and
our hope. To thee we cry, poor banished children of Eve, mourning and sighing
in this valley of tears. Turn then, O most gracious advocate, thine eyes
of mercy towards us; and after this, our exile, show unto us the most Blessed
Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary; pray
for us O holy Mother of God; that we may be made worthy of the promises of
Christ."
The "Prayer after the
Rosary"
“And
let us pray:
"O God, Whose only Begotten Son, by His
life, death and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life;
grant, we beseech Thee, that by meditating on the mysteries of the most holy
Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain, and obtain
what they promise, through the same Christ, Our Lord, Amen."
The Divine Invocation
"May the Divine assistance remain always
with us; and may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God,
rest in peace, Amen."
Prayer for the Holy Father
“The Lord preserve him and give him life and
make him blessed upon the earth; and deliver him not up to the will of his
enemies.”
(Please Pray: Our
Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be)
“Lord, Source of eternal life and truth, give
to Thy shepherd, Benedict, a spirit of courage and right judgment, a spirit of
knowledge and love. By governing with fidelity
those entrusted to his care may he, as successor to the apostle Peter and the
Vicar of Christ, build your Church into a sacrament of unity, love and peace
for all the world. We ask this through
our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who lives and reigns with Thee and the Holy
Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.”
Angel of Peace Prayer from
The Archangel Gabriel prostrated himself and
repeated three times to the children of Fatima:
“My God, I believe, I adore, I trust and I
love Thee! I beg pardon for those who do
not believe, do not adore, do not trust and do not love Thee.
Then he continued:
“Most Holy Trinity – Father, Son and Holy
Spirit – I adore Thee profoundly. I
offer Thee the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ,
present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages,
sacrileges and indifferences whereby He is offended. And through the infinite merits of His Most
Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of
poor sinners.”
Mary, Queen of the Holy Rosary, pray for
us.
Mary, Queen of Peace, pray for us.
Mary, Our Loving Mother, pray for us.
St. Joseph, pray for us.
